After sanding the wing tip to the 1/4 gap line, I inserted the rib. I also grabbed a few platenuts that I will be setting in place clecoed them in place to make sure I had clearance between the rib and the nutplates for when I install those down the road.
After that was done and the rib set in place, I drew the centre line, and spaced out the rivet line for the rib. I drilled and clecoed the rib in place.
I then clecoed the wing tip back in place with the rib and I have exactly a 1/4 inch gap between the tip and the aileron.
I also drew the flush line where the aileron intersects the wing tip. I will be cutting this postion away and reglassing the the tip.
Tip sanded down to the 1/4 inch line for the aileron/tip gap.
